Terms of Service

Last updated: September 3, 2026. These terms govern project engagements and builds conducted by Fekopay.

1. Service scope & build cycles

Fekopay is an independent software product studio providing custom web engineering, mobile development, automations, and operational systems. Project delivery timelines (including our 48-hour build cycle) commence strictly upon mutual brief lock and receipt of necessary copy and brand assets.

2. Intellectual property & source code

Upon receipt of full payment for a project, the client receives 100% full ownership of custom source code, markup, and design assets developed specifically for their deliverable.

3. Entity identity notice

Fekopay is an engineering product studio and not a payments company, digital wallet, banking service, or financial intermediary.

4. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Haryana, India, with jurisdiction situated in Gurugram.
